London Area, where are best speeds?

I'm in a situation where I'm moving to London, so I can try to get an apartment in an area of town with a better chance of near 5mb speeds.

Is there an area of London that anyone could recommend?

if it helps i live in an apartment building near the Southdale / Wellington area and currently my speeds are around 2.5Mbps ( 300k/s download and roughly 30k upload )

currently have a ticket open with teksavvy trying to see if my speeds can be bumped up.

My appartment is at Richmond and Oxford, and there is a large Bell Station at Anne St and Talbot (just around the corner). I'm not sure if thats the CO, but it certainly is a noticeable building. Any place relatively near to the University or Downtown should be good. I don't have any friends in the area on DSL that have connection problems.

I am with Bell currently, but am moving to Cherryhill and going with TekSavvy when I do. With my current Bell account, I'm a hair below 500K on speedtests (480 or so) and on private torrent trackers I get about 420-450K on a well-seeded torrent.
