Very nice looking office. Clean and no wires looks great. Great choice on the monitors also.

Quite a bit of an improvement:

I call BS.

EDIT -- Upon further thread comparising...The desk is the same and the laptop is the same. Guess he did move on up. Looks like the Force really was with you!

Why would someone post a fake set up for?

This is what it looked like before I added some stuff.

Anyways, wiring for tv/Wii/tivo/dish box is located in the cabinet. I'm using an RF remote. I might upgrade to a Harmony remote with some RF blasters in the future. One cabinet is just for wiring and power, other houses the devices.

Modem and router are hidden behind tool box. I just roll out the box to gain access.

People have posted false things in the past. Just seemed like a huge step up from the "mat on the floor".

Aside from the allegations, it looks very nice.

Very nice setup, I see you had taken our external monitor suggestion (by adding an entire desktop )

Looks like it's from Sears (can almost read Craftsman on the front).

The wall unit?

Its from a local furniture store. The brand was ID or something like that.

The black cabinet with drawers is a Craftsman.

All of this wiring just for a tv

My desk collection is called Bush OfficePro at Officemax and Bush Cubix at Staples. I ordered it online at officemax.com and they will ship it to your house in under a week for free. No need to lug on and off your car and the corner piece needs a truck bed to fit.

The brand is ID USA. I went back to the store earlier in the week to buy some lamps and I wrote down the maker. They have a website but it looks like its down and has a squatter on it. www.idusa.com

Check the mom and pop shops, they have better pricing. Ikea's stuff is pretty flimsy.

I took the backing off of the right bottom cabinet for wiring and ventilation for Dish box and Tivo. There is a power outlet there so it was perfect. Cable outlet/phone was only inches away and I had to use a coax right angle adaptor. Middle unit is a 5 shelf bookcase, I took a shelf out.
