I'm getting average speeds for my location in Brooktrails (Willits). I got the meaningless March 1 letter from Comcast North Bay yesterday telling me I'll get an email regarding the transfer of email to Comcast. Unfortunately, I have a problem with the fact that I have an email account at Comcast using our primary Adelphia user name. So I called the 888 number in the letter and got an Adelphia tech rep who couldn't find out anything for me, not even the date our email was to be changed. He said he had no access to Comcast info. Oh well....

WHAT THE HECK! You actually got something from them??? We have never received anything from Comcast or Adelphia about the transition, no mail, email, calls, nada. Could you scan a copy in and post it? How did you get a Comcast email/username already (Edit..did you move up here from somewhere else)?

Our speeds in Redwood Valley, though still get very slow at times.

Does your ebilling still work with Adelphia? Ours does, though we won't receive our bill for this month until March 28th. When I go to the welcome.comcast.net site, and enter our info, I get this-

"Your account is not scheduled to be transitioned to Comcast at this time. You will be notified when your account is ready for transition. " Hah, notify, really? lol

Nevermind on posting that letter, we got one today.

was able to use the welcome.comcast.net site to move my e-mail but still shows my zip code is not available for comcast yet....was told it would be in February not sure when my migration will take place.

Same letter I got before the welcome site would work. It took about 3 weeks after the letter until I could use the welcome site.

Apoligize for what? I said the date might have changed, that isn't calling your a liar, being in the industry you of all people know how ETA's and date can change overnight. Also, considering your past ill will towards me, you can understand how I would be a bit hesitant to take your info as gospel
