Yeah - that's the highest upload I've ever tested on any of the DSLR/Speakeasy tests.... |

said by MxxCon:no improvement here run docsdiag and see what your rates are I just looked at the full docsdiags output. No discernable changes - same channels, same caps, same firmware revision. My modem uptime is some 8 days - no resets or criticial errors in the log. the same, caps, etc. I would've noticed my modem reboot. They're cranking up the speeds it looks like which can only be a good thing. Where as before most of my transfers were in the 3.8-4.2mbit range, now they're 4.5-4.8mbit sustained so we on BOOST gained about 500kbps upstream easy, it's self evident by the speed results.. Not bad |

My upstream is hovering right under 5mbit (~4800kbps)! Sweet! I just sent up a 64 meg test file to my webspace. Results above. My real world upload increased by about 3/4th of a megabyte, and this is during prime time. Very nice. |

OOL Boost customers get 5 Mbps upload but Cablevision isn't really advertising it as of yet. it's been mentioned in a memo posted on this forum somewhere. again, 5Mbps upstream for BOOST customers. EDIT my mistake, it IS being advertised: » www.optimum.com/order/bo ··· ndex.jsp |

Never before had an upload result with "4" as the first number. So that's improved. Yet my daytime download speeds continue to decline Give me back the download speeds I used to have - that's more important to me! |
|
|
you spoiled brats need to pay for these speeds, and really appreciate your speeds lol.. i guess i'm capped or some garbage. |

What is your setup? Router? Try direct connecting a single PC to the modem and see what you get. |
