People want it now... already talk in the Playstation forums that if its not released in the big March Update (supposedly tomorrow) they are listing their PS3's on ebay... I'm keeping mine... even withint PS Home its alot better then the Xbox360 and then the Wii isn't worth mentioning at all..... |

Just sad. If you think the ps3 is better than the xbox360. Then you need to open your eyes again. All my local retailers are full of ps3. They are not moving. PS3 lost this round. And when halo3 comes out, it will be even worse. PS3 = equals door stop! |

dr3yec are you kidding me I own both a XBox360 and a PS3 and PS3 kicks XBox360 out the door. You live out in some small town cause every place here is still sold out of the PS3 and will be for a while.. Now the XBox360 is stocked on shelves.. Man walmart here hasn't even sold one XBox360 in over 2 weeks....

Once again you are mislead. I am hearing from more people. PS3 are not moving. I went to best buy , ebgames , circuit city, rhino and walmart. All said ps3 are not moving. PS3 lost this round. Deal with it. Us xbox people dealt with it last round. We took it with pride also. But now ps3 is third on the block. All the ps3 fanboys are getting worried. To many strikes against ps3. 1. Over priced system. 2. lack of games. 3. NO online. Do I need to say more. Oh yeah live just hit the 6 million mark. That is 4 months ahead of schedule. Can you say the same for ps3? |

All I know is evertime the local Wal-Mart gets a PS3 in it goes right out. Meanwhile 360s are sitting on the shelves.
Anyways I could care less if 360 fanboys buy 360s. Who gvies a rats ass. Quit hating. Why not just be happy with what you have? Ironically 360 fanboys are most likely to have Macs or use Linux and use FireFox.

and 1) System isn't over priced its actually underpriced Sony is losing money on every system sold. 2) ya how many games did XBox360 have at launch 2? 3) There is online I play Resistance Fall of Man online everynight. actually Sony just announced they have reached the 6 million mark on Playstation Network with over 80 billion hours of play.. So took XBox360 a year to do what Sony has done in a few months.. thats Microcrap for you oh I mean Microsoft....
I wouldn't even buy a XBox360 only reason I have it is cause I won it in a contest... Only good game for it is Gears of War which Resistance Fall of Man is alot better...
You know the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem (that your XBox Fanboy)... Its okay we have all been there at one point in time.. oh wait no I haven't thank god....

ya 360 is whopping ps3 ass spanking us saying "why you so much better then us.. give us a fighting chance" lets see RFOM is alot better then GOW. lets see graphics are alot better, no lag, no frequent disconnects.. come on Halo is like the worst series of all time..... come on they had have people buy a even crappier game "Crackdown" just to get them to play the Halo 3 demo. Halo 1 stunk and Halo 2 stunk even worse... Systems are moving alot more then the 360 PS3 is sold out everywhere along with the Wii but look you can see hundreds of 360 on shelves and thats in just one store... nobody buying XBox360 they have sold 10,000,000 come on PS3 has already sold over 6,000,000 and keeps climbing....

I smell a fanboy..and it is infront a pile of poo.
First: there are piles of PS3s; the 20G model. Who wants that? Not me.
Second: you fail to mention that many of the PS3 systems are BUNDLES. It's nto just a $599 box; it is now a $999 box. You have to take these 6+ titles along with the $599 game.
Last: are there many PS3s cooking and dying? Are they noisey and overheating? Are the games that ARE available any good?
Really. This is just trolling fanboy fodder. Like Halo franchise? Get a 360. Want Bluray movie playing? Get PS3. Want your kids and family to have fun? Get a Wii. Want it all? Buy them all! (soon, we'll hear that Videogames are waste of time and money. But until they ban them, go play inside. Stay off my bike trails.)  |

If you ask me both you AND dr3yec are spouting fanboy garbage. There are pros and cons for both systems and it's way too soon to find out who will come out on top.

- More games
- Superior online service
- More console units sold
- Been out longer
Bad
- No HD out of the box (and is more expensive than the PS3 overall when adding one).
- Heating issues with 'brick' adapter
- Lacks features standard on PS3 (HDMI, WiFi, memory card, etc).
PS3
Good
- Better performance potential
- Completely backwards compatible with older PS games
- HD player built in
- More built in features
Bad
- Lack of killer games
- More expensive initially
- Online features lacking
Love the console you love, but this piss-fest on who's the best is really annoying and lack any true objective clarity. IT'S TOO SOON TO TELL!! The PS3 just came out and hasn't rolled out all of its features. The 360 hasn't had its potentially completely tapped either. I say wait another 12 months and then we can see how your favorite console is doing against the competition. |

it's a different type of system, and a different type of gaming experience. That's like trying to compare apples to meat. The PS3 adn the XBOX 360 is what you should be comparing, that's more like two fruits.
