iPhone killer this is not...

Engadget got their hands on the LG Prada phone and they weren't impressed. After looking at the pics of it and comparing it to the iPhone, I'll stick with the iPhone thank you (can't get the Prada phone in the States anyway).

This thing comes with 3G data. I'm not sure about 3rd party apps. Hopefully it'll be on Verizon and Sprint. I hate Cingular / ATT. That'll be its draw over the iPhone...

You'll also have to move to Europe to get this phone.

You can just buy it from a cell phone company like Simon Cells if you want to use it in the U.S.

It won't be on Sprint or Verizon because it's a GSM phone. Your only bet in the US to use it will be T-Mobile or at&t.

Anyone think there's a decent chance that the iPhone will be eventually released for T-Mobile customers? I've had cingular and I wasn't impressed. I'm really happy with T-Mobile.... I don't think I'd leave T-Mobile to go back just for the iPhone.

Speaking of the iPhone . . . . .

Nanya Printed Circuit Board Corporation, a Taiwan-based supplier of printed circuit boards (PCBs), has had its high density interconnect (HDI) PCBs used in mobile phones certificated by Apple iPhone, and is scheduled to deliver the products in early April, according to company sources.
