Bellsouth has a completely different billing system/ordering system, then ATT does that has to be rewritten, and checked before distributed for use. The merger just completed the first of the year. Give them some time to absorb Bellsouth geeze..

AT&T just didn't want to do that. it boils down to money and how they love it more than their children. knowing AT&T, i believe that the BellSouth rates are what will be pushed on the rest of the country. more revenue, delievered to stockholders!
