I guess Vista RC2 is not applicable.
I just shelled out $280 for Vista Ultimate.....guess I'll be doing the "clean" install.

Just a update from Christopher budd of which i quote

quote:
April 2007 Advance Notification
Hello everyone,

This is Christopher Budd once again. I noted on Tuesday when discussing the release of MS07-017 that our out of band release was not cancelling our regularly scheduled April 2007 release. In that vein, as part of our regular release process, this being the Thursday before the second Tuesday, we’ve posted our Advance Notification like we always do.

On next Tuesday April 10, 2007, at or around 10 AM Pacific Time, we’re planning to release:

• Four Microsoft Security Bulletins affecting Microsoft Windows. The highest Maximum Severity rating for these is Critical. These updates will be detectable using the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer. These updates will require a restart.

• One Microsoft Security Bulletin affecting Microsoft Content Management Server. The highest Maximum Severity rating for these is Critical. These updates will be detectable using the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer. These updates may require a restart.

We will also be making our regular monthly update to the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool.

Finally, as a reminder, remember that we’ll be holding our regularly scheduled TechNet Webcast to discuss both MS07-017 and next week’s bulletins. This month’s web cast will be held Wednesday, April 11, 2007 11:00 AM Pacific Time (US & Canada). If you can’t join us for the live webcast, you can always tune in to it later through the on-demand feature. You can register for the webcast or listen to the on-demand version by going here

Thanks.

Christopher
