PowerBoost Up In Redwood Valley, CA

After power cycling my modem I got it, it's now active here in Mendocino County, Northern California! (FYI-Mendocino County is part of the Comcast North Bay Network, and was recently transitioned to Comcast from Adelphia).

I'm curious, does this hold true for Upload Boost as well?-

"FAQServices > PowerBoost
How long does the PowerBoost burst last?
A PowerBoost burst will normally last as long as 10MB of a file download on Comcast's 6Mbps High-Speed Internet service, and as long as 20MB of a file download on Comcast's 8Mbps High-Speed Internet service. "

Well, here with the 8mbps service, my DOWNLOAD PB lasts for about 40MB then tapers off.
Haven't seen what UPLOAD PB does yet.

I have the 6000/384 silver service and I got about 10 megaBYTES uploaded at 1.7 mbps and then the rate dropped down to about 365 kbps for the rest of the transfer. And that is just fine for the occasional emails I send that have a few 3MB pics attached.

OT Warm is good lol There's more headed your way from our area, it'll be doing this tonight too, then a break, then more Friday night through Saturday night, at least for us up here in the North Coast. The mountains above 3500 feet here are even getting a few inches of early Spring snow OT

Come on, sync with it, you know you want to, and everybody is doing it
