Millions of people don't have any of those options, and won't have them anytime in the foreseeable future. Most people have those option. And that is more than some.

I just installed a Sprint Router and EV-DO card for a small business that was on dial-up. Too far away for DSL and Charter wanted $4000.00 to run cable to their building, needless to say, they told Charter to F off. Sprint is their only viable option. And it was a very easy install to boot.
