[Connectivity] Class action against Comcast for not disclosing c

I might have missed it in here has anybody thought of starting a class action lawsuit against Comcast for this
cap limit of 1 gig a day? I'm reading through my contract and it says nothing about it? I wonder if this is the explaination for my slow service lately. Luckily Verizon is laying fiber optic lines in our neighborhood next week

Re: [Connectivity] Class action against Comcast for not disclosi

1GB a day? I just download well over 1GB and uploaded over 1GB within the last few hours and my service is still running strong...

Man, they have a class action suit for everything these days! I downloaded 3.5 GB the other day (new CentOS), got full speed the entire time. Your posts on the topic in multiple threads are the only ones I've seen.

Where did you get that bw cap limit from? I got a call because they were upset that I was using the unlimited BW limit and threatened to terminate service for a year. The also refused to give an acceptable BW limitation figure.

Could you scan and post a copy of your Comcast HSI contract? I have never seen a contract for Comcast residential HSI service and I would really like to see what it says.

Sounds sort of like someone is doing a bit of astroturfing for Verizon.

We can never have enough of nature. We need to witness our own limits transgressed, and some life pasturing freely where we never wander.

Before you actually enter a class action suit you might want to produce any kind of "evidence" of Comcast stating you cannot transfer more then 1GB a day.

You might want to spend some time researching where it stated the word "unlimited" anywhere.
