You don't add up each hop, to get your total latency. In a trace route, each hop is a ping to that host. So if you have a trace route, with 10 hops, and each ping is 10, you don't have a total latency of 100 to the last host.

Lumberport, WV		 maybe i need to make more clear my question. are you talking about a particular hop ping to 65 in the route or does the 65 represent the ping to your destination?
