 | This is sick and twisted!
I like it. |

 | Ok, guys and gals, I just had an epiphany in the shower, where most of my genius comes from, and thought of a very good scenario that I felt I needed to share so here goes nothing.
What if the mob has a dirty cop this time, like in the past that can do investigations on townies. What if the dirty cop investigated Muzscman and found that he really was a doctor and new that this was an extremely important role to to get rid of even as far back as day 2. What if they decided to start out slow hoping that no one would look back and see if previous statements were not that valid or substantial, and players would take statments of "like I prevously stated", as enough evidence to get a bandwagon going. What if it was actually starting to work.
This frightens me. God, the things I come up with in the shower! Not saying I have any proof or anything what so ever to back my theory, I just had a strange thought, and it had nothing to do what so ever with Lurlyn using her suspicion of Muzscman from past games, but maybe this would be a reason for a dirty cop to investigate him on the very first day, push for him to out his role, and harass him for everything he says and doesn't say.
Wow, my brains hurts! |

Wow, my brains hurts! Er, why wouldn't they just nightkill him? He'd be likely to be unprotected. -- "Independent thinkers tend to ALWAYS have someone Not agreeing with them. | reply to Sharingan77 Sorry, just one last thing, I also don't think they would waste a hit on him because of the suspicion from being mafia in so many previous games, they would want to kill others, and let the town lynch just on his history from other games alone. There are a lot of old players in here, and he seems to have gotten himself a little bit of a rep. |

Just because he was mafia many times in previous games doesn't make him any more likely than anyone else to be mafia in this game. -- "Independent thinkers tend to ALWAYS have someone Not agreeing with them. | I was just speaking theoretically, if anyone listened to lurlyns posts and still had it in there heads that he might be, then the need for evidence (in these hypothetical players minds) would be less and less further and further down. I know the odds are slim of him being mafia, but if you say it over and over subtly then you end up brainwashing the masses without them even knowing it is happening.
Also, I would like to state another reason that the mafia might not lynch him on the first few days and that is because they might be playing a role that looks innocent, talks innocent, and acts innocent (hint, hint) thinking that the Doctor would be malleable enough to protect a mafia player while they fish out cops and other detrimental roles to send hits out on at night. |

 | reply to AmeritecTech By the way, Ameritec, Thanks for asking questions! I would hate for anyone to actually believe (as stated in posts above) that I wasn't willing to answer questions on anything and everything I am asked. You've got my brain whirring with possibilities and I love it! |
