Re: [Vista] Can Vista Home Premium join a domain?

Are you referring to an actual *Domain* (with a Dedicated PC set up as a Domain Controller), or just a Home LAN Workgroup?

Vista Home Premium supports Directory, File, and Printer sharing between individual PCs on a Home LAN, just by setting all of the PCs to be in the same Workgroup name...

If You're Unsure, "RTFM"... If You're SURE, "RTFM" Anyway.

An actual domain.

The DC is a cutting-edge 266MHz Pentium II with 128MB RAM, down in the basement. Though it may get upgraded soon, since there's a 550MHz Pentium III becoming free just as soon as it gets replaced with a new Vista desktop.

(The point of the domain being 'a single set of accounts' betweem the 6 systems in the house).

Yep, workgroup is fine, but he specifically said "domain", so....
