| We have just tried uninstalling and reinstalling the AOL software and the problem reoccurs as soon as the computer is restarted (I do tech support for a computer manufacturer). There doesn't appear to be a known fix at this time unless AOL can come up with something, but they will only support their paying customers. |

If that fails, reinstall vista, then reinstall AOL. |
