Right on, Mrq5. The Feds need to bust the telco's upside they heads for keeping the whole country stalled in BB development.

But,

1. that ain't gonna happen :-(
2. bottom line why the whole DSL situation is hopeless? telco greed, and that ain't gonna change either.
