NO crap but i dont share with my neighbor with dsl like cable does. Thx for pointing out the obvious.

00000		 No actually you do. You are not on the same piece of copper between you and your nearest dslam but once you hit that DSLAM you are sharing. That circuit from the DSLAM to the ATM Switch can be saturated just like cable can become saturated.
