 [CATV] picture in picture...

I have just switched from wow cable, with dual tuner dvr, and it had a pip feature. how does the pip feature work? Is it even enabled on the box? When I try to use the pip buttons on the remote al it does is switch channels, like the last button? Any help would be great.....thanx!

It does actually switch between the 2 tuners, so you can keep 2 different live channels buffered & swap between the 2 tuners. (although Greg is correct, no PIP is available)
