They could put fiber optic into the train tunnels in NYC, and really get fiber to NYC faster.

Do you mean FTTH?

Because fiber is already running thru railroad train tunnels now. Subway tunnels, who knows??

But fiber is already running up and down all the streets of Manhattan already. All the major businesses already have fiber connections.

The LIRR/MTA also has fiber down just about every single inch of in use tracks too. The guys who we contract to do fiber runs in our building(s) are the same company who does their installs.
