Hate to hurt your feeling but VZW does this also. I think Sprint used to be 150 but may have went up by now.
Small correction - VZW prorates the termination fee according to how many months remain in your contract.

correction,

Cingular also prorate there termination fee also. I believe they were the first one to do this. I have been a Cingular Customer since since '01.And each month you on the contract they deduction of $10 dollars. Cingular (at&t) hater get a life.
