 | reply to gatorkram I'll bet that most SR customers haven't switched. Heck, most probably don't even know about all this if their service is still working.
Unless they happen to frequent BBR or have seen the couple of other media reports the last couple of days, most wouldn't even have had a clue that this was going on. Perhaps thats why the company decided to say nothing until something was a bit more definitive. |

Maybe they aren't aware of what is actually going on behind the outage; however, I don't think any SR customers have service anymore and I'll bet most have moved on already or are in the process, such as myself. It's all over the news, my friend. |

It's not critical so I think I'll wait to see what comes of SR moving their customers to another provider. If it's a great deal, I'll go with it. If these other deals are better, I'll do those.  | reply to jsnap my sunrocket still works. I just forwarded my calls to my cell until it dies for good and I can move on...or just use my cell like I did before I got VOIP.
I had NO CLUE anything was going on with sunrocket until I happened to see an article on yahoo that was buried at the bottom of the page. I've never had any problems with my service before. I don't have any problems now...but it looks like I will in a couple of days!! |
