Re: Who the f*** is TeleBlend?

I signed up for Teleblend from Brazil, where I had my Sunrocket working just fine. When it went down, it never came back, not only a dialtone. I got charged by Teleblend, and despite repeated attempts to speak with them, and filing numerous reports on their site, never got any response. So finally I had my credit card company block them. I still have had nor reply, and now we can't even get any way to write them on the new site. What to do? I want my number back!

Stay the f*** away from Teleblend. It has all the trappings of a scam. I signed up with them on a monthly basis. The service totally sucks, you can not get anyone to answer their phone and it is impossible to cancel the service. I have tried to cancel for three months via email and they continue to bill my credit card. Take a look at their "website" there is no option for cancellation of the account!

Save your money and sanity, look elsewhere!

dci, if you would like to PM me with your information I can help with the service. As for cancel, we do not provide a option online for security reason. You must call our billing or service teams and they will assist you with the cancel.

Telebrand is a rip off. Once signed on you can never disconnect there service. The website has no provision for cancellation less any thing else. When you call you are told to wait for a rep and you just wait and wait 7 , 8 9 minutes during one of my calls. Three months and still cannot cancel. I am about to change my credit card number to stop payments. One more thing my number has not worked since I contacted them for service last August 2007.

They are NOT... I can 100% tell you that. There are only 2 posters here that are employees of Teleblend. All others are just posers.

Re: Who the f*** is TeleBlend?

Who is TeleBlend?

I don't know for sure, but I've had them since Sun Rocket collapsed. I signed up with TeleBlend and the transition was seamless. I have had zero real issues with them. Their "support" pages on the website do not work (I don't think they ever have) but I haven't needed it so I can't complain. I have not tried to call them on the phone so I can't comment on that.

They charge me $15.30 or $15.31 per month.

I can't say 100% they're dependable for 100% of their customers, but it's worked for me so far.

It's funny to me for something as important as phone service. Emailing them is the way you try to get something done. If my phone service was not working, I would be calling them, and talking to someone about it.

Teleblend is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. After Sunrocket shut down I switched to Teleblend per emails received. For the first month (August 2007} it worked O.K..Since I have not been able to receive inbound calls and making outbound calls was only sporadic. I've emailed Teleblend at least 10 times and have never had a reply from them on fixing my service, apolgizing for problems, ect. But they've continued to debit my accound for service.

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH TELEBLEND. THEY ARE A RIPOFF COMPANY. EXPECT TO SEE THEM CHARGED WITH FRAUD IN THE FUTURE.

Wow Molla... get over yourself. Do you enjoy just trying to prove people wrong to make yourself feel better? That seems to be your M.O. on here... I read a lot of the forums on here, and you seem to just try to prove people are lying. Personally I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since you just come off as whiny and petty when you're trying so hard to make it seem like someone else is lying. Check yourself first. I have no reason to not believe what the person you're calling a liar is saying. Live and let live, what's your problem? Don't both giving me a reply to this... I really just wanted to let you know that your little "I'm right, that poster is wrong" deal is really old and tired. Whatever makes you sleep better at night, I guess.
Actually, I thought Molla made some good points about not being able to contact SR or Teleblunder right after the collapse.

This offer came to me when I called them and asked them how much it would cost me to switch over from Sunrocket right after my SunRocket service was shut down a few months ago. It's $9.95/month TOTAL per month.
Well, I know this is a fabracation since right after Sunrocket went down, there was no way to reach sunrocket since the only message was we are no longer providing customer service or taking sales calls.

At that time, Teleblend did not provide any phone numbers what so ever so no way to call them until later.

Even for teleblend customers, I was waiting 45 minutes or longer after switching over to them before I could talk to anyone and they would only log an incident for me but could not resolve the outage issues over the phone or trouble shoot them.

As for $9.95, that never happened. It's always been $12.95 plus tax etc making it around $15 a month.

If you work for Teleblend to say it's been 100% up and running, I suggest you post the correct amounts and situation since Teleblend posted on their site during their second major outage issues that they were down for 2 days for all and 4 days or more for many others. Surprising you would be the only customer that didn't have any issues. You must be on someone elses VoIP network for that to happen.
I was referring to the email that Sunrocket sent out to all subscribers giving the switch-over options... the e-mail that DID have contact information on it...I called them and asked them (Teleblend) what deal I could get as a former screwed-over Sunrocket subscriber. No, I don't work for Teleblend - as I stated before, I was a former Sunrocket user, and then switched to Teleblend - YES, my plan is $9.95/month TOTAL - NO, I have never had problems with my service since I've had it.

I didn't realize that only former Sunrocket subscribers could use Teleblend, so yes I had been recommending it to everyone - I never said whether or not the people that I've recommended it to all took my recommendation. Some of them were former Sunrocket users like myself, and I know for a fact some of them are current Teleblend users who also didn't find any issues.

Sorry it seems so hard for some of you to believe that!

And chill out Anon User 9!! SO not worth getting worked up over... it's a message board, not life or death!

I have Teleblend and have used them for the last few months since Sunrocket F**KED me over... and I have absolutely no complaints about them at all. I can check all my logs and block unwanted callers by going online to their site and I'm charged $9.95/month for everything total.

I would have no issues at all telling anyone to use them...
One more item I noticed is that you were recommending your friends to go with Teleblend. Unless all of your friends were with Sunrocket, Teleblend does not provide a way for a New Customer without a Sunrocket Equipment to sign up.

Lets put aside the $9.95 total a month since that's inaccurate.
I'm really surprised you had service when their CEO Bill Fogg mentioned they had issues with their Carrier in a news press, you maybe the only one with service while they were completely out for a few days and several days or many others.

If you work for Teleblend, you wont foo anyone by saying you had zero issues. Anyone who used Teleblend had one or more of the following.

No Voicemails
No Inbound calls
No outbound calls
No Inbound and Outbound calls
No Caller ID
No International Calls
No Call Forwarding
No SimuRing
No respond on Incidents, it just gets closed without resolution
I will give them a Thumbs up and Kudo's to a big Yes to prompt Billing and additional billing after you have canceled or Ported Away. :P

They had more inbound and outgoing call issues this month, check their site.

Also I noticed sunrocket.com's certain page logo's have changed to teleblend LOGO
