I would not, due to there is a reason that they are there. You could always put one of those fake boulders to cover them, but leave some space so the vents still work properly. -- I threw out the map a long time ago. Now I follow my own direction! |

It sounds like you have an infiltrator chamber type leach field system. If so, disabling those vents would be a bad idea.
What is the purpose of them in that system? |

However the one Pipe coming out is only 4ft.
The 10ft one is out of the Distro. block.
