MSX Security

I am sure some or all of you are aware of MSX Security. They make hacks for games that are undetectable by any anti-cheat system that's out there.

Why this company is still is in business I have no idea why.

I have reported this site to both the game companies as well as Punkbuster.

So I find out still nothing is being done. I don't know the laws and what not for making something like that and being able to get away with it. I also cannot determine the location of the website.

I want to know what are my rights, my laws in counter reacting to this site and its ongoing cheating // hacking.

Is there a site I can report them?

Are the files they produce a security risk? Malware?

No malware in here.
Ok, I downloaded it. avast didn't make a sound.
Unpacked it, avast didn't make a sound.
Scanned the directory with a-squared/AVG AS/SUPERAntispyware/and avast one more time - Nada.

While it may be a cheat for a game you play or like, the files themselves are benign.

You can't do anything about it.

While it's against the EULA of most games, EULA's are not law. At worst, the company might be able to sue, but IANAL so I'm not sure.

As much as people are going to hate me for saying this: Reporting it to the companies isn't going to do much. Just speaking for Half Life and Half Life 2, they have the three most skilled cheat developers I know working for them. It's going to be difficult for an anti-cheat to catch up (AC's have to go kernel mode now.. not an easy thing to do when you consider the number of OS's they need to support)

And, they aren't totally undetectable. While they evade most (all?) client-side scanners.. depending on how they are configured, they can be easily detected server side. Or, if that fails many types of cheats are detectable by watching demos of gameplay.
