Me too, that is in San Francisco. Extremely slow or I get "connection to the server failed or dropped" and "cannot find the server" messages. I seem to notice the slowness more often since their required "security enhancement" settings change in April.

Oceanside, CA		 Email is totally out here in the San Diego area; "Your POP server has not responded in 60 seconds". It began a few hours ago.
