I've heard bad things about Verizon's VoIP offering, I would advise people to stay away.

I'm still on POTS, as I use my cell phone as my primary phone....

FFX, VA		 I switched to Verizon VW, signed up on line had the equipment two days later. Don't know what you heard but VW has been great so far.
