That is stupid. Why are DE subscribers not being rolled out until a month after new subscribers? Why does this delay only apply to PA/NJ/DE?

Wilmington, DE		 That still doesn't explain why everyone else gets it at the same time and we don't. Plus, judging by how long it's been talked about in the forums and in the news section, it's been in testing for at least a year.
