Had some problem putting the Arctic Cooler on the MB. And I did not realize that the MB had mounts to be put on before installing. Other than those two issues - everything went smoothly. Vista Install was a breeze and pc is working well.
Thanks to all who helped me when I was scoping out components. »Need advice on parts for new build. -- My heart is old, it holds my memories, my body burns a gemlike flame. Somewhere between the soul and soft machine, is where I find myself again |

It's a very nice system, almost better then my desktop. It has HDMI out, so beyond using it for mobile gaming i'm using it as a HD-DVD player for my high-def TV. |

Beautiful system, it is for school of course but has been able to run any game I throw at her with all settings maxed (Medal of Honor Airborne maxed on a laptop is really something to behold).
Oh and it came with the 80 GB HD standard but I felt like I'd need more HD space down the road, so bought an enclosure + 2.5" WD 120 GB HD, and swapped the 80 GB into the enclosure and the 120 GB into the laptop (easiest HD upgrade ever...). |
