Just like children who are born with both genitalia. The parents make a quick decision based on info from the doctor whether they want their baby to be a boy or a girl, and then there is a quick surgery and the kid never knows what happened. |

Yeah, but the tails are usually like Burntcricket said, they are an extension of the bone and are not all floppy like that. |
