I installed the updates, prior to posting because I was thinking they may fix the problem. But they didn't work.
I've gotten the print spooler service to run by checking the dependency and reconfiguring it's dependencies. Basically I removed the dependancy of HTTP.
HTTP will not run on this machine at all. I mean the service. Any ideas.
