I get so frustrated because I work from home and its next to impossible to do what I need to do email wise/web-ex wise. My connection is that unreliable right now.
An interesting twist (now maybe I'm looking into this too much), BUT after my few converstations with Comcast today, I have found out that my email accounts have been suspended for 24 hours. I just did a virus scan on my system to see if I've been hacked and I've got nothing. Kinda ironic that I informed comcast that I have 3rd party reporting to support my downtime claim and now I can't send any emails for 24 hours. May or may not be related to my complaints today. I'm sure skeptical though.
