Re: Post a photo of something you ate today

Well, today was my son's fourth birthday party so I made Peanut Butter Pasta with Snow Peas, Carrots, and Broccoli and a Vegetable Lasagna. We also ordered an extra large (24 slice) pizza and a cake. Here are photos of all of them:

It's really good, actually. I used to use the peanut butter sauce on chicken and found that it tasted good when poured over pasta which was served on the side. So I started making peanut butter pasta.

In case anyone's wondering, here's the recipe for the peanut sauce:

1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 drops hot pepper sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 cup water

Combine everything except the water in a bowl. Slowly add the water, stirring until the mixture is creamy but not too watery.
To assemble peanut butter pasta, you cook some egg noodles, drain them, and then combine them, some veggies (I like broccoli, snow peas, and carrots), and the peanut butter sauce in a baking dish. Then bake at about 350 for 30 minutes. You can eat it hot, but it's also extremely good cold.
