Lol exactly. The high quality of service went out the window last November. I guess this high quality service he is speaking of is the system not being completely down every once in a while lol.

I understand that WildBlue has overloaded their beams and is shutting down. This is a good and bad thing for them. Good because they are selling, but bad because they can't keep up with the demand; bandwidth or equipment??? I think they oversold to quickly and had a bad link budget. Their network design was flawed from the beginning and unable to provide good quality of service to a large number of customers.

The equipment issue is another nightmare with Wildblue! Maybe its because Raven is the manufacturer for both HughesNet and WildBlue and cannot make enough for both? Or are the modems and trias not being made fast enough?

I have several customers that have paid and waiting for equipment. I am at the verge of switching all of them over to HughesNet! Wildblue is digging a deep hole for themselves.
