*&$%^!! Coyote Smooth Jazz! Rargh! Not that I'll ever want to call them ever again. I suffered 3 1/2 months of unbelievably bad service. Not one single thing was done right on the first phone call. Not one. I finally browbeat them into getting my line installed after 100+ days, only to be informed I couldn't use my service because they had RUN OUT of IP numbers, and couldn't assign me one. I guess 3 1/2 months wasn't enough lead time for them to get one for me. I cancelled my order - much to my amazement, they actually refunded my credit card without me having to call back... Hey, maybe that is one thing... |
