Yes, you are not alone. I and two of my relatives experienced this problem but two of us cancelled service with JoiPhone (not for this problem) and my brother-in-law is continuing with this problem. He has contacted both JoiPhone and T-Mobile numerous times over the past 4 weeks and at this point he has an open ticket with T-Mobile, who claimed they would fix the problem in 72 hours. He intends to follow up with T-Mobile tomorrow at which point I will post the results.
In the interim I would call Tech Support JoiPhone and ask for Marco because he is familiar with the issue.
