Their service is just awful now...for me. Same here! I have been a customer since the Bellsouth days and never had the issues. Since June or so things have gone downhill rapidly.
Looking on their coverage maps, the areas that even show "moderate" coverage we have zero signal. I have been working with them to do network tests, etc but nothing. My wife is ready to drop them soon.

| Ditto ditto. This morning I got dropped four times during a single call. The service has been crappy for the past three or four months now. My family and I are seriously looking at alternatives even though we've been with Cingular for nearly three years. |
