 Shaw Webmail portal down?

I am having trouble signing in at Shaw Webmail's website. The page accepted my user name and password just fine. But for some unknown reason, the webmail interface refuses to render and the browser goes into a loop (the window's title flashes "Mail" and "Sun Java(tm) System Messenger Express" alternately).

Anyone experiencing this problem also?

Yes - but only on one particular email account - ideas?

If one account is only affected then it could be just one server having issues there is no way shaw only has one server for all their e-mail accounts. Mine all work, hope it gets fixed for you. You could also try the external POP3 to see if that works as a workaround for this issue.

Taking a flyer here, but I had this problem when I had too many filters running through AdBlockPlus. I stopped all except Rick's and it's fine now. This would apply if you're using Firefox with AdBlockPlus. Hope this helps.

This problem occurred in both Firefox and IE7, so I guess the problem wasn't on my end. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Well, Shaw must have fixed the problem on their end. Everything is fine now.
