Cogeco bitcaps

I have to agree re frustration of recently enforced bitcaps. The real irony is that in our community (outside of Guelph), most customers are DSL anyway.

Yeah the low bitcaps are terrible. So much for using any of the latest legal media downloads, like joost, etc.
