| Trying to be loyal but...
Caps, or no caps, i wouldnt know. Dallas metro came online Sunday night, my modem started to do the happy dance, but in the transition, it was configured incorrectly (according to At&T) So I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this, and Now i am waiting my modem to be reconfigured, but they wont even start to do it until maybe the end of next week.
Im trying to be patient, and i understand the frustration of many of us sat out there.
Anyone else have any horror stories? |

| Try going back to newuser.attbi.com and do the manual reconfig for both the network AND the browser if you haven't already. I am in Irving and this made a large difference. Things seem to be working much faster today than they did even last night. -- John Cheyney RN, BSN, BAIrving, Texas |

@uu.net | reply to Rocinante I never even got that far, AT&T misconfigured the account settings. My modems is synced but without the Cable Ready Light. |
