Looks like Insight has finally increased their speeds. I cycled my modem this morning and am getting about 7megs on the download. Doesn't look like the upload has changed though. Can anyone else confirm this?

Yep, I ran a test and got 4983/448, power cycled my modem and got this (Columbus, OH Insight roadrunner):
