| reply to fourboxers Re: Tylenol commercial, possibly Philip Glass
Dang! Back to square one. Mom listened to the clip and it's not *the one*, but she does love that Steven Gutheinz piece and wants it too... LOL!!!
Now, what other instrumental pieces are in Tylenol commercials.... |

1 edit | reply to fourboxers So I followed that forum link and watched the other Tylenol commercial from:
»deutschinc.com/images/tv.cfm?mov···=tylenol
Someone at the forum link said the song was a speeded up version of James Newton Howard's piece, The Healing, (same melody) from the score of Lady In The Water.
I sent her the Tylenol ad link and if that's the music she's looking for, she'll have to make due with The Healing because the Tylenol music was made in-house, not available, but apparently heavily influenced or "lifted" melody from James Newton Howard.
I will get her a copy of the soundtrack to The Lady in the Water anyways, just to keep her happy, and it is a great score of its own. LOL
Stay tuned..... |

| reply to fourboxers Man what an adventure this is turning out to be!
Here's the latest, it's the Tylenol Arthritis Pain commercial where a senior is in prison and the wife bakes him a cake with Tylenol hidden inside. I have not seen this commercial but will begin my search, now! |

1 edit | reply to fourboxers Okay, the music she likes is definitely from the Tylenol Arthritis Pain commercial where a senior is in prison and the wife bakes him a cake with Tylenol hidden inside of it. Problem is, I can't trust Tylenol's reply because the company blatantly LIED to me concerning 2 of its other commercials that we found were scored by a composer who has clips of the music on his webpage and one song is directly taken from his first album and available everywhere! So, here's Tylenol's reply concerning the right commercial, the old man in jail:
In regards to the TYLENOL® ARTHRITIS PAIN commercial to which you referred, the music is composed specifically for the advertisement. As a result, I'm sorry that it is not commercially available. Should you require further information, I invite you to e-mail us again or call the Information Centre at: 1 800 361-8068.
