All right, mine as well and yet we can use Google:

This is to provide an English preview of what it's
supposed to mean in German. The tricky part could
be about an anti-bot picture ("Security question")
but Google is your friend so i believe that anyone
is able to manage with it: we simply need to copy
the unknown words in a translating page, that's it
and you're done! The rest is a piece of cake, the
key words are listed below, use this while you try
to register on their original page (Registrieren):
