As I am waiting on the phone to cancel PSN DSL service (waiting almost one hour, I know they are keeping me waiting on purpose), I decided to let whoever wants to hear about PSN.NET. I have had no service since Fri 6/30. I called many times and when I finally got on they promised one person will get back to me. STAY AWAY FROM PSN (see message above in this list) ONCE YOU BUY YOU CANNOT CANCEL BECAUSE NO ONE WILL LET YOU TALK TO THEM AND CANCEL IT. Here.. they just answer, and they are telling me that there is no one to take my call, to leave a message, they will get back to me. AAAARGRRGG ! I know they will not, now I must call the credit card company. AVOID AGGRAVATION BEFORE IT HAPPENS TO YOU!..... | |  Anon | Yes. I am having the EXACT same situation. If you call and say you want to cancel, they will put you on hold indefinately, or transfer you to the infamous voicemail that no one answers. I have also been told that there is no one there to take my call.
Good luck with your credit card company - mine told me it's an issue between me and PSN, and I have to talk to THEM about getting a refund. NOT LIKELY! | |
