I just noticed you can hook up the 622 to a router for on demand.Has anyone gone throught the trouble yet?Is it worth it?

Broomall, PA		 I just hooked up my VIP622 to ethernet yesterday and I am getting a not connected state. Do I have to call to get that connection turned on or something?

The connection itself has been live for a month or more now...

I just rec'd a software update yesterday that enables the movies-on-demand feature but based on the movie choices and cost, I'll probably never use it.
