Who told you you'd get a free upgrade? I think if they went 20/5 you'd get a free upgrade which is what happened to me. But 15/15 isn't an "upgrade" of 15/2. It's a different tier.

TX		 ok thats what thay sead the 20mb by 5mb is free and it should be here next month now i wonder how much ill have to pay for the 15mb by 15mb ide rather have that then 20 by 5 really
