I have not used an electric razor in a _long_ time and I'm sure the technology has changed a little Recently I started working for a company that does not allow facial hair so I had to shave. I was looking at electric razors and reading reviews. One thing I noticed, you need to spend a lot of money to get a good one. Have you tried one with good reviews? Read the reviews on the one that you are using.
When you shave with a bladed razor did you shave in the direction that the hair grows instead of against it? Goinging against the hair will give a closer shave but then you can get ingrown hairs.
In either case, try shaving after you get out of a hot shower. |

| the one i keep using for some 5 years is the panasonic with linear motor (fast, no pinching) (tried the rotary with the 3 rotating thing but it burned my face too much, also pinched)
yup, works best when dry out of the shower, but still get skin issues,
going with the grain on my neck it doesnt shave most of it, so i have to go against the grain. (most of the problems do arise on the neck) |
