Wichita, KS		 [KS] Newsgroup access down?

In the middle of a download from the newsgroups, speed dropped to zero and I haven't been able to connect to any of the Cox servers since. Any ideas?

West seems to be fine,

However took awhile connect to east but it eventually did...
