| For those who can't get Verizon to budge...
...and have no other option (ie, Cable sucks or is not avail in your area), one possible solution would be to cancel your service altogether, and a day after service ends, sign up again.
You will be without internet for a few days, but you will be a new customer. I remember people reporting that this worked with SBC/At&T back when they did this type of thing. |
