1 edit | Advanced Windows Care Personal Just asking about this prog. Is it good? Bad? Ugly? I tried checking out the site, reading reviews, etc. But I value BroadbandReports posters and their personal experiences with things. I have gotten excellent advice here in the past (close to 6 years).

1 edit | Re: Advanced Windows Care Personal Nope none. IMO it does what it says it does and with no side effects.
Edit: Even with what you have heard, the first time you use this program it asks you to make a backup so that if anything does go wrong you can restore what was removed or fixed.

I used it once in Windows Vista Beta and it made the OS unable to get past the welcome screen on reboot. That was several months ago and as I said Vista Beta (Vista may have said enough).

Just remember to manually update it.
