Welcome guys. Your support is long needed and greated appreciated.
As a previous DSL support person for this site (for the former SBC) I can tell you that posting here and being able to help out in a non-traditional way is a lot of fun. It can be stressful at times because people on the internet can often be quite mean (as they can be in real life too) and sometimes there are things you can't comment on and there's nothing you can do about it.
However, you will find that people here will overall be greatful for the help and the personal touch you are able to provide here.

Thanks again, by the way I wanted to mention with the holidays we will be out X-MAS (yeah, we were a little late on telling you that one) and new years day. Plus whatever personal days we have off. Aside from that our schedule is a pretty regular tues-friday 8ish-5ish. That way there's no confusion on our response times or the like. That may change in the future but for now that's the way it is structured.
